It really is very simple – we provide all of the funding, set-up and back-office support for a recruitment start up, so that you can focus on making as much money as possible by finding candidates and clients that are the perfect match.
This includes all of the set-up costs to get the business up and running and provide you with office space within our existing offices if you feel the buzz of an office and being surrounded by other recruiters will be a major motivator.
You will become a Partner of the Elliot Marsh Headhunting Partners Network. Having a previous career in recruitment will be a major advantage as you will have built up a strong network of candidates and clients that you can start working with straight away. Our reputation and expertise in headhunting will also enable you to raise your profile with your clients and we will give you all the tools and training you need to sell your services at a higher fee level and win more retained work.
We’ll provide all the back office support you require in order to start a recruitment business including a website, database, business stationery, invoicing, credit control and accountancy. We also provide business and marketing consultancy on a regular basis meaning you have expertise on hand to give you advice and guidance if you need it.
We take no up-front fee for our services and we offer a choice of business models.
We can either take an equity stake in your business or if you prefer, you can opt for a commission only model. If you opt for an equity stake, we ensure you retain a minimum 51% controlling interest and all of our costs come out of our share of profits, so we’ll only make money when you do.
If you prefer the commission only model, we will charge a percentage of your invoices to cover the set-up and ongoing costs of the services we provide for your recruitment business.
