Starting your own recruitment business
Starting your own recruitment business can be a costly venture into the unknown, but with our support and funding, setting up your own recruitment start-up won’t cost you a penny.
We do not ask for any up-front fee. In fact we provide you with the up-front investment that is required to get the business up and running.
We offer a comprehensive suite of set-up and support services including your business website, database, business stationery, invoicing, credit control and accountancy. This ensures you can focus all of your time on making money through developing client and candidate relationships, and growing a successful business. We can even offer you space within our existing offices if you feel being surrounded by other recruiters will be a major motivator.
We offer an equity model whereby we initially take a 49% equity stake in your business, ensuring you retain a 51% controlling interest. We don’t take any further income or charge any further costs. We will only get a return on our investment when you are profitable, so we have a real vested interest in you being a success. What’s more, all of our up-front and ongoing costs to support your business will come out of our 49% share of those profits.
We also provide share buy-back options to enable you to increase your shareholding once agreed thresholds have been reached.
Commission only model
When starting your own recruitment business, you can opt for a commission only model. Using this model, we will charge a percentage of your invoices to cover the set-up and ongoing costs of the services we provide for your recruitment business.
Of course, you can also choose the equity model outlined above and whichever model you opt for, we will still provide all the funding required for getting your recruitment start-up off the ground without any up-front fees.
